【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesgeneralguidelinesforthedetectionandidentificationofthespecifiedmicroorganismEscherichiacoliincosmeticproducts.MicroorganismsconsideredasspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardmightdifferfromcountrytocountryaccordingtonationalpracticesorregulations.Inordertoensureproductqualityandsafetyforconsumers,itisadvisabletoperformanappropriatemicrobiologicalriskanalysis,soastodeterminethetypesofcosmeticproductstowhichthisInternationalStandardisapplicable.Productsconsideredtopresentalowmicrobiologicalriskincludethosewithlowwateractivity,hydro-alcoholicproducts,extremepHvalues,etc.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodthatisbasedonthedetectionofEscherichiacoliinanon-selectiveliquidmedium(enrichmentbroth),followedbyisolationonaselectiveagarmedium.Othermethodsmaybeappropriatedependingonthelevelofdetectionrequired.NOTEForthedetectionofEscherichiacoli,subculturescanbeperformedonnon-selectiveculturemediafollowedbysuitableidentificationsteps(e.g.usingidentificationkits).Becauseofthelargevarietyofcosmeticproductswithinthisfieldofapplication,thismethodmightnotbesuitedtosomeproductsineverydetail(e.g.certainwater-immiscibleproducts).OtherInternationalStandardsmaybeappropriate.Othermethods(e.g.automated)canbesubstitutedforthetestpresentedhereprovidedthattheirequivalencehasbeendemonstratedorthemethodhasbeenotherwisevalidated.

【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportproposesqualityrequirementsforheattreatmentinairorcontrolledatmospherescarriedoutinworkshopsandonsiteinconnectionwithweldingandforming.Itappliesmainlytoferriticsteels,butmaybeusedforothermaterials,asappropriate.Thepurposeofthisreportistoformasaguidanceformanufacturerswhichperformheattreatmentorproduceheattreatedproductsorcomponents.Thisreportmayalsobeusedasabasisforassessingthemanufacturerinrespecttoitsheattreatmentcapability.Therequirementscontainedwithinthisreportmaybeadoptedinfullormaybeselectivelydeletedbythemanufacturerifnotapplicabletotheconstructionconcerned.Theyprovideaflexibleframeworkforthecontrolofheattreatmentinthefollowingcases:-Case1ToprovidespecificrequirementsforheattreatmentincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturertohaveaqualitysysteminaccordancewithENISO9001orENISO9002.-Case2ToprovidespecificrequirementsforheattreatmentincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturertohaveaqualitysystemotherthanENISO9001orENISO9002.-Case3Toprovidespecificrequirementsforheattreatmentasguidancetoamanufacturerdevelopingaqualitysystem.-Case4ToprovidespecificrequirementsforpostweldheattreatmentwhenrequiredbyEN729-2orEN729-3.-Case5Toprovidespecificrequirementsforreferencesinapplicationstandardswhichusesheattreatmentaspartofitsrequirementsoragreedinacontractbetweenrelevantparties.
