【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesamethodforthesimultaneousmeasurementofconductanceGandcapacitanceCenablingthecalculationofthedielectricdissipationfactortanδofinsulatingliquids.Theproposedmethodappliesbothtounusedinsulatingliquidsandinsulatingliquidsinserviceintransformersandinotherelectricalequipment.ThestandardisnosubstituteforIEC60247;ratheritcomplementsitinsofarasitisparticularlysuitedtohighlyinsulatingliquidsanditrecommendsamethodofmeasurementfortheseliquids.Thismethodallowsvaluesofthedielectricdissipationfactoraslowas10atpowerfrequencytobedeterminedwithcertainty.Moreover,therangeofmeasurementsoftanδliesbetween10and1andcanbeextendedupto200inparticularconditions.
