【摘要】:ThispartofISO6272describesamethodforevaluatingtheresistanceofadryfilmofpaint,varnishorrelatedproducttocrackingorpeelingfromasubstratewhenitissubjectedtoadeformationcausedbyafallingweight,droppedunderstandardconditions,actingonasmall-areasphericalindenter.NOTETheterms“impact”and“impactresistance”areusedinthetitleandtextofthispartofISO6272,butanimportantcharacteristicoftheapparatususedisthatitshouldproducerapiddeformationratherthanatrueimpact.Becauseofthepoorreproducibilityofthistestmethod,themethodshouldberestrictedtotestinginonlyonelaboratorywhentheresultsareexpressedasnumericalvalues.Interlaboratoryagreementisimprovedwhenrankingisusedinplaceofnumericalvalues.
